I am a nuclear physicist by training, and a designer of neat stuff by choice. I work in the field of experimental nuclear physics in close collaboration with University of Rochester. We are developing a large data acquisition system for the next generation Dark Matter Search experiment. The instruments which I designed are also used in students labs, where future scientists learn how to perform cutting edge experiments.
On this website I gathered a lighter side of my professional activity, which is maybe a bit less formal, but still a lot of fun.

I am an electrical engineer with thirty years of experience in "making things work". I now work with some mad scientists (see above) on getting things done in spite of their great ideas, which I appreciate nevertheless.
